Presentations and video recording of the Final Conference accessible via the Union Civil Protection Knowledge Network platform!
The PROCULTHER-NET 2 Final Conference took place on 25 March 2026 with the participation of more than 220 experts. The in-person conference was kindly hosted by the Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage of Belgium – KIK-IRPA and brought together consortium partners, EU institution representatives, national civil protection authorities, cultural heritage experts from UCPM participating states, and key international organisations, including UNESCO and UNDRR. After two years of collaborative work, the conference showcased the key achievements of PROCULTHER-NET 2, shared lessons learned and explored future perspectives for strengthening cultural heritage protection at both European and global levels.
At the end of the conference, it was introduced PROCULTHER-4ALL, the next UCPM initiative (April 2026 – March 2028) aimed at further enhancing the protection of cultural heritage from natural and man-made risks.
